The staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and the room was beautiful. The town of Castiglione d'Intelvi is beautiful and only a short drive to Argegno and its access to the mid lake towns of Bellagio, Mennagio, and Varenna.

When we arrived, we were so hungry. They prepared a wonderful lunch just for us. The room was very quaint and comfortable. Scenery amazing.

Everything! The property is beautiful, with great outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was outstanding! Fantastic host!! Be sure and get directions from property, it was a little tricky.

The apartment is very spacious, has everything that you need to unpack, cook and relax. The view of the lake and mountains from inside and outside on the balcony and terrace is simply stunning. Oh and the underfloor heating is amazing and makes the place feel continuously warm, especially for your feet. Staying here was the best part of our Italy vacation.

Is very well located so has the best view over a lake. I had a jacuzzi in my room, so this made my stay even more relaxing. We were greeted upon arrival and checked in quickly, then came downstairs to the restaurant to enjoy a superb meal and a bottle of wine! Location is perfect as it is right outside the boat stop and a lot quieter than the rest of lake como!
