The location are so great. Dobby, supermarket, restaurants are all nearby. Uffizi gallery are very near too. The host, Silvia, was so friendly and helpful. I am travelling with a 1 year old baby, my stay at this hotel was safe and comfortable. The only cons is no lift available , you have to climb the stair. But it is just very common in most buildings in Italy. No issue for me.

Art Hotel Villa Agape is a wonderful real life palace ! It has a huge garden with wonderful views, the building is extremely elegant, clean and well maintained. We only stayed for 2 nights, but would have stayed more only to have breakfast in the garden which is out of a fairytale! Also the breakfast was very good, varied and coffee was delicious. If you want to feel like a duke or duchess for some time, this is the place! The hotel offers a shuttle to Florence and back to the hotel, but only until 8 PM. For us this was no issue as we walked the approximately 2 km from Florence in 30 minutes or less every night.

The patio was awesome also the entire structure. The breakfast came in boxes so you could take it into your room. There's a coffee machine in the room and in the lobby. Inside the room there's also a fridge with water yogurt and some juices.
