Hi.. okay so we booked this for our explorers who had left their wallet in the room with some money and card. They then reached out to us and we then got in touch with Giovanni, the superb & amazing host, who was so quick in his responses and immediately went to the property to look for the described wallet. He found it and sent a photo of it. To our surprise, he took the guests' postal address of the UK, went to the post office, packed everything up and sent it free of cost!! He did not take even a penny for it. Where do we find such kind hearted people nowadays?! Elisa and Marco were incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nicely decorated, and just perfect for us. The lovely pool was a well needed addition in July. The villa is further away from the harbour and centre, but it wasn't an issue for us. If anything, it was good to be further from the very touristy areas and enjoy food in the same restaurants locals eat at.
