Hostess was wonderful. She was so welcoming. She gave us good restaurant recommendations and directions. We had private parking, which was great, since it was a residential neighborhood and parking was limited on the street. The room was quiet and clean. She secured breakfast for us early as we had a flight earlier than normal. She even helped me with my basic Italian. I would stay here again. Airport was only ten minutes away. Grazie mille!

The room was clean, comfortable and secure, with enough space, and had a lovely covered private terrace. Breakfast is not included but there is an amazing bakery/bar/cafe right next door where you can get wonderful pastries and slices of pizza. You can also park there, and it's popular with local people. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Ostia Antica in 20-30 minutes (although the road is quite busy) and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't look much from the road, but don't judge from the first impression. We were only there 2 nights before returning to the airport, but we wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay as it's possible to travel into the centre of Rome using public transport, or visit the coast.

It was the best value/price ratio in the area. It was easy to check in, even without the host at the property. It was a perfect place to sleep over, since we missed our flight and we had another flight the following day. There is a bus connection with the airport (1,1 eur) and 15 min walk.

Made our trip to Ostia Antica so easy, two train stops. Next time would also consider staying here and doing day trips to Rome because the apartment is so lovely and Ostia has a relaxed pace. The terrace is gorgeous. Makes the five flights of stairs worthwhile! The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Francesca and her son were kind and thoughtful.
