The host is extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent: close to slopes; walking distance to city center but just far enough from the noisy areas. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is fresh and diverse. Just perfect for a family ski trip.

Breakfast buffet is nice, you can ask for eggs of your choice, in case you are not OK with the scrambled and boiled ones, great espresso and cappuccino from the bar, that the staff is happy to prepare for you, sinfully pistachio cream-filled croissants (you must try them!). The room is very nice and modern, really warm, the bathroom can be a bit too much if you travel with kids (the shower is all glass, walk-in and completely see through from the room), spotless clean, the room is made up on a daily basis (and carefully cleaned), wet bathrobes changed after three days, the entire facility smells clean. The spa is also nice, they have a big sauna, indoors pool with hot water and hydro massage and a jacuzzi outside as well. Everything is clean, there is staff present in the spa area at all times, making sure everything is ok. The gym is also well furbished, may you want to use it (open 24-7).

Truly amazing staff. We came in late due to delays, but they stayed up for us and welcomed us outside the main entrance. They even brought food to our room as the hotel restaurant and other restaurants in town had closed. They really do make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, feels modern and traditional at the same time. The hotel has absolutely all facilities one would need for a stay on the mountain. The breakfast was also exceptional. We stayed at several hotels throughout the alps and surrounding areas, and this hotel easily had the absolutely best breakfast.

The accomodation was really good for the money. Free bus stop in front of the house that takes you to the slopes. Very nice people.

The staff was very nice,, they were very eager to help in any way, They really wanted to make ur stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible .The room was clean, comfortable, quiet with an excellent view. The pool/spa section was clean and relaxing, the staff also is 5⭐️
