The room is big, clean, modern and very comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks. Best location you can ask for and lovely, helpful staff. All of this for a very reasonable price. We absolutely loved staying here.

Well stocked kitchen with snacks, drinks and food items is its special feature which makes you feel pampered at home. Lovely boutique apartment hotel in a building over one of Milan's big square. When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the lively Navigli area with restaurants on one side, and bars on the other side of the canal. Transport links to the centre of Milan were good too, although we walked in about 40 minutes as we like getting the steps in! The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable with lots of lovely personable touches, that we really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet. Highly recommend a stay here...Great value for money and fabulous, friendly hosts.

Odanın tasarımı ve malzemeleri, minibardaki yiyecek-içecekler, kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilik ve çalışanların kibarlılığı çok çok üst düzeydi. Binanin hem açık hem kapalı mekanlarının ambiansı da çok hoştu. Üstelik Milan gibi bir şehirde kendi otoparķının olması da ayrı bir avantaj.
