The property is the owner's home. The owner's daughter was there to help us. As we had four bags and our room was upstairs, she gave us another room on the first floor which was clean and adequate. We are in our 80's, so stairs would have been difficult. She didn't speak much English & we spoke no Italian, so we used our translators a lot. Our scheduled ride to our ship cancelled the day we arrived. She helped us find a shuttle to our ship. She also provided a nice breakfast for us.

Excellent location almost in front of the Cruise Terminal. We had a 1st floor Suite. The view was incredible and we had a large patio with lounge chairs for pre cruise tanning. Breakfast was included and was quite satisfying.

The complete honesty of the staff. They were in a difficult position the day of our arrival. The air conditioning malfunctioned. They actually called us to let us know in advance and also made extraordinary efforts to overcome the failure. They really do care about their guests and go to extremes to satisfy each and every one. Outstanding!!
