Off the strip prices but the strip was still accessible without having to walk through the shady side streets. MGM was connected to this hotel through an airconditioned tunnel and moving walkway. So it's very centrally located. MGM Grand and all of its facilities were available for us, we tried MGM's pool. The view from the window was amazing. The rooms were spacious. Some people complained about online only check-in, but we could check-in at the desk, the staff was friendly, security guards at the elevators made us feel safe.

I have never considered staying here before due to its location and also being a 'lower-end' hotel on the strip. I was so wrong. Staff were lovely, room was fabulous (they even upgraded us when they heard about the ordeal we had had at the airport with a cancelled flight). Next time I go to Vegas, I will definitely stay here rather than one of the more expensive hotels further up the strip.

The hotel has everything you need: large casino, shows, bard and restaurants, bridge access to New York New York and Luxor, shops etc. Loved the buffet restaurant for brunch, open until 2pm, and the cost was $31 per person (as of March 2024, probably the cheapest of all main hotels on The Strip but also definitely not the poshest). When we checked in member of staff realised we were on our honeymoon and upgraded our room to a suite was was brilliant. The suite was lovely and very large and had everything we needed, it was very kind and appreciated that they did this. The pool area was nice fresh towels always there to use and the pool was lovely pool a good temperature to swim in. Definitely good value for money.
