Beautiful location with views over Stokes Bay and the countryside. The wildlife and birds were wonderful. There were many kangaroos all day onsite and many wallaby's at dusk.

Disposant d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'un parking gratuits, l'établissement The Fig Tree B&B se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Baudin. Ses chambres sont toutes dotées d'un balcon. Great location not too far from the ferry. Very well laid out and comfortable cabin.

Surplombant les eaux calmes d'Eastern Cove, dans la pittoresque rivière American, le Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge propose un accueil chaleureux et convivial. American River is a bit out of the way, and KI Lodge is almost as far as you can go before the road ends! We had a superior King Bayview room, which had a nice balcony, 2 decent beds and was tastefully decorated. Its features include tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a room safe. And thank you to the hotel for the “welcome gift” of a bottle of wine and cookies; very thoughtful! There is an a la carte restaurant and a bar, which served food. We chose the latter and were quite happy with the selection of meals available. It has a marked walk in their rear grounds, which we did, and were lucky to see glossy black Cockatoos in the wild. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, it's only 40 mins to the ferry, so very convenient.
