Da Vinci is located in Manaus’ trendy district of Adianopolis, only a 15-minute drive from the city centre. It is close to many restaurants and shopping malls and features an outdoor pool and a well-equipped gym. A few of the staff on the front desk tried hard, but their English was limited. The hotel is across the street from two excellent restaurants, 150m from a Carrefour and 300m from Manaus' best shopping center. The renovated rooms on the first floor facing the pool are classified as "deluxe" (which they are not), but the mattresses and showers are adequate, the A/C works and the rooms are close to the gym (meh) and the pool (fine).
