Suzanna welcomed us with a warm smile, an espresso, and a treat at the reception desk as she checked us in. It was a cool day and we had walked from the train. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated! She was so welcoming and informative! She thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room that was available for the night at no extra charge. So kind! Our room was charming with a view of the garden, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Suzanna explained that snacks were available in the breakfast area and we could help ourselves. We were tired from travel, so enjoyed tea, a roll w jam, and fruit. Happily satisfied! The BnB serves a complimentary, delicious breakfast, complete w served cappuccinos. We were set for a day of exploring. And the staff allowed us to leave our bags as we did so! Top this all off with an amazing location! We were happily just outside of Lucca’s wall, a 5 minute walk to the main entry to Old Town. This BnB gets an enthusiastic 10+ in my book!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Makikita ang elegante at contemporary na hotel na ito sa tapat ng Porta Nuova Train Station sa Turin. May kasama rin itong restaurant at libreng WiFi. Very good location. Room cleaning service was excellent with free bar service. Super kind staff. Nice breakfast. We want to recommend to our friends when they visit Turin and we will definitely comeback next time.
