I can't believe is just 4 stars. Should be higher than 4 stars I rate. My boy love it so much. Rooms is clean and bigger than I expected. Location just less than 25 mins i can visit most famous places. If I visit Rome again, definitely will stay this hotel again. Will recommend to my friends.

The hotel/apartment was super clean which was very surprising for us. We stayed only three nights, though we liked to stay a bit longer in Rome. The room was spacious, and there was a lot of equipment in the room and the shared kitchen area. The internet was also super, and the Italian breakfast was also interestingly convenient and delicious. The location was also good, because we could reach to Vatican City in 10 minutes on foot, and there were a Metro and bus station for reaching other places in the City. There was also a Train station nearby which was very suitable for reaching to the airport. In principle, I recommend the place for a nice and clean vacation.

Salman and Francesco were really accommodating and responds quickly to your queries. You will feel right at home in their place. It was also very accessible using public transport and yet it is still a quiet neighborhood but with enough shops for what you need. I highly recommend staying here especially if you prefer somewhere close to the Vatican.

Wonderful location, clean, well equipped rooms, and the communal area; comfortable bed. Communication with Marco went very well. I was able to drop off my luggage early, and to my surprise, my room was almost ready, with just 10 minutes waiting while making myself espresso in the kitchen/communal area. There is no need to explain how appreciated by travelers the opportunity to check in early.

It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

There's also a basic kitchen in the flat (including a capsule coffee maker) which would probably allow for simple self-catering, but which we did not use.
