Its a reslly s grate hotell, confortable, clean and good rooms, grate brakfast, good location. Staff is werry frendly and open and helpfull. They speek good english, and really go the extra mile to help you out and that you are confortable. I been in some hotell in Almaty before i come her, i will for shure bee comming back here. Perhaps a good tip is too order taxi thru hotell in front of your a rival

We enjoyed our stay in the Swissotel Alatau. It is a new, modern resort hotel in a secluded region of Almaty, settled in a beautiful nature. The territory is huge and well kept. We enjoyed the walking around the park-like territory of the hotel. There is a lake with little ducks, river and many trees. We travel a lot, and I can surely say that the service is 5* in this hotel. The first impression of the hotel we get from the bellboy and the reception staff, they are professional and make you feel welcome. We would like to mention the manager Aidyn who greeted us and meet our needs. In fact, all staff are great and friendly, those little conversations and their greetings make you feel special. We would like to thank the SPA staff (the lady in the spa entrance I forgot her name was friendly and kind helped with my son’s goggles), the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff. The swimming area includes many jacuzzi that we enjoyed. Actually, the swimming area is one of the best within the country, and to mention the sauna, it is fabulous! The bed and beddings are very comfortable, the balcony has the Mountain View! The room is spotless, all new. We had a good sleep! The breakfast is buffet and has plenty of choices. We enjoyed the cold cuts and fresh bread and high quality cheese section. Coffee is good as well. The only thing that I suggest is to fix the shower system, the water comes out the shower room. And the outside gym alongside with the children’s play area would be a great addition. We will definitely come back to enjoy all that Swissotel Alatau has to offer.
