Its a reslly s grate hotell, confortable, clean and good rooms, grate brakfast, good location. Staff is werry frendly and open and helpfull. They speek good english, and really go the extra mile to help you out and that you are confortable. I been in some hotell in Almaty before i come her, i will for shure bee comming back here. The staff are very helpful especially front office dilnaz and Deniz. They helped us for the touring of resort . The bell boy treated us with kazakistan traditional sweets . Dilnaz and Deniz they coordinate for our buggy tour. The story about the property and the construction of the property was explained by them. Swimming pool is the best experience I got here. Must visit place. Don't miss swiss hotel if your in Almaty
