The location is excellent... opp is the Dostyk mall and plaza where you can find plenty of restaurants.. no need to eat in the hotel restaurant VERDE... the suite is very night and comfortable... soft bed and pillows.. Ms. Anel is very nice and polite and helpful to assist with the yandex, tourist spots, and many more... KokTobe is 15 min away by walk and many restaurants nearby.... I would recommend this hotel for the location...

Its a reslly s grate hotell, confortable, clean and good rooms, grate brakfast, good location. Staff is werry frendly and open and helpfull. They speek good english, and really go the extra mile to help you out and that you are confortable. I been in some hotell in Almaty before i come her, i will for shure bee comming back here. Perhaps a good tip is too order taxi thru hotell in front of your a rival

When we first stumbled upon this flat , it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. (Host Name) is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Very kind and helpful staff, just loved them. Great rooms with comfortable beds, lockers, personal light. It has great common spaces with tv, kitchens etc. Everything is sparkling clean. They provide washing machine, kitchen utensils, two towels and many other things. I just loved this place! Worth staying for a longer time!
