The house was excellent, in a great location. It was really clean and fully equipped for anything we needed. The pool and the view was amazing. Mikael was great host, ready to help us anytime. Truly recommended, we hope to come back soon.

Boasting mountain views, Hanioti suite mezonete 6 people features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around a few steps from Hanioti Beach.

The villa was very beautiful, spacious, stylish and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay there - kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, barbecue and electric grill. On the second floor there was a large terrace with a wonderful seaview. The beach was not too crowded and was only a few meters away, there were umbrellas specifically for the guests of the villa, the rest of the beach was free to use with your own umbrellas. The walking distance to the center of Hanioti was about 10-15 minutes, but the house was in a very quiet area without too many people and noise, which was a big plus for us. We would love to spend another summer vacation there! :)

Offering a private beach area and mountain view, Villa Theodora in front of the sea is located in Hanioti, 60 metres from Hanioti Beach and 2 km from Pefkohori Beach.

Villa Theodora in front of the sea is a wonderful place to rest. The house is less than 50 m from the beach, it is new, well equipped. The house is on three levels, on the ground floor there is a well-equipped, large kitchen, a living room with a dining table and a small toilet. The stairs are quite narrow. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The first has a double bed and the second (children's) has two beds. The closets are huge. In the bathroom on the first floor there is a washing machine, in the bathroom there is a shower, but without a curtain or a shower cabin (so the bathroom is always wet after showering), that is the only serious drawback. On the first floor there are two terraces, a large one with a view of the sea and a smaller one that can be accessed from the children's room. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a jacuzzi tub in the room. The bedroom opens onto a beautiful, large terrace with a perfect view of the sea. There is also a small toilet on the second floor. The house is well equipped for the stay of a large family like mine (4 children), and Thanasios was an excellent and kind host. We will not forget this summer!

    Nice Villa with a great location. The bedrooms upstairs was good and with a lot of space. Pool area with sunbeds was very nice. The bedsoffa was big.
