My son left his valuable item in shower and realized hours later. We called back and At first they could not find. The hotel staff showed extra effort to find it the following morning and we were able to collect on our way back to the airport. Thanks to the Hotel Team.

Very nice and helpful owner of the hotel. He helped us with whatever we needed. Our stay was just an overnight to get to the airport early in the AM. But must say it was by far the most comfortable bed in our 2 week stay in Italy! Very convenient to get to the airport quickly!

The coffee machine was much appreciated in the morning. There was no breakfast provided, but the facilities there allowed for clean filtered water and plenty of utensils to create our own breakfast. condiments, and certain flavourings were also included. The beds were ample, and clean, the ventilation good as well, many plug-in fans for the hot weather. The bathroom was spotless, and provided many towels. The living room had many plug sockets for devices to charge, and full cable network TV. There is also mood lighting around the entrance to the bedrooms, which is nice.
