Luis at the front desk got us into a room quickly. Had a reservation and already paid for a room at another hotel. When that hotel didn't have a room ready 4 hours after promised one, we left. So thankful Luis was so kind and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze too!!

I love the staff at Crowne Plaza Phoenix. They were very accommodating and super friendly. The guys at the front desk were very helpful when I asked for directions on how to get around the city and where to find food. They made me feel safe and welcomed. The airport shuttle was readily available. I called the hotel while I was at the baggage claim and when we got out, the shuttle was already there waiting. The hotel's location is very close to the airport and you'll see the city tram station just across the hotel. It was convenient and easy to get to the mall from the station. Breakfast was served with a choice of Ala Carte or buffet. At night when it was too late to go out to eat, we stayed in the bar and we ordered food. The bartender (Stephanie) was very friendly and very caring. She was so attentive and made us feel relaxed while enjoying our meal and conversation with her. The room was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I love this hotel!
