The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the airport terminal, allowing easy access for an early departure or late arrival. My room was comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed my lunch at the Quills restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and the airport transfer was excellent. The Emerald is a great place to stay and is fantastic value for money. I have stayed several times and I don't bother looking for any where else now

It's very cold at night but there are enough blankets. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was great! Thanks for everything!
