When the navigator given by the rent a car company turned out to be unusable and we asked where we could buy a local sim card with internet, we were immediately given a sim card with unlimited internet. After we got lost on our way to an event and had to return to the hotel, Mr. Balkrishna took us there in his car and his wife gave us an umbrella as it could rain at any time. We felt we could ask for help at any time. It made our stay in Mauritius very comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.
