However, the true essence of this establishment is embodied by Philippe, Nicolas, Darren, and Sylvain. Their ability to make guests feel at home is an art that they have mastered exquisitely. In retrospect, my only twinge of regret is not capturing a moment with this remarkable team in a photograph.
