Distance from the resorts which was important for us, calmness and laid-back atmosphere of the place itself, view from the terrace, rooms size and cleanness, arrangement and concept, we liked everything! Many grocery shops are just around the corner, local city bus 100m away, and most important, sea with (literally private) beaches are 5min from the room, just a step from the back gate! And on top of all this, there is great hospitality of hosts who approached us with kindness and honesty, information about the city, and helped organize day trip. Staying at Abouseif guest house exceeded our expectations in so many ways...

great value of money, ideal for budget travellers, nice and cozy studio fits 2 people, the studio looks exactly like photos shared on booking.com there are 2 twin beds, good size mirror and wardrob, dining table and two chairs, open kitchin, stove, fridge, iron and ironing table, small lcd TV, kettle, AC , fan, heater and a nice outdoor seating area attached to the studio where you can sit and enjoy a tea or coffee in open air. The studio located in AlHadaba area inside a compund 2 minutes walk to 24/7 open Dahab Center where you can find all you need (ie market, grocery, backery sells fresh bread, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe, petrol station… etc), taxi and microbus available infront of the compund 24 hours. You can go to beach by transportation not very far from the studio. the location is near to old market and other attractions. Sure we will come again.

Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent location right on the beach, convenient restaurant on site. Well equipped dive centre in site. The super friendly staff is the best part but also the room are gorgeous.

ROOM: Super Cute & Cozy Studio <3 Very clean, located in a nice quiet area of the resort. There's towels, AC, big TV, fridge, couch , washing machine, nice balcony, & the BEST WiFi in Egypt! 😋 HOST: Ahmed is the BEST host ever!! He's polite, friendly, & funny. He'll help you with anything you need & is flexible with check-in/out. Ahmed's also a great Scuba Diving Instructor & took me to nice dive sites, & many cool local Beaches 😸 Best part of booking this room was meeting the kindest person ever & making a cool new friend 😊 *** Thank you for your AMAZING hospitality Ahmed!! (^_^) *** RESORT: Beautiful, Relaxing, great for jogging, has many different pools (& Jacuzzi). There's restaurants, Salons, a Supermarket, & Pharmacies at Delta. Carrefour supermarket is only 10min walk. Old Market is 5min away by minibus & has everything: Shops, Souvenirs, Fresh Fruits, Restaurants & Cafes, etc.

Elegant and Peaceful. The apartment has everything you need. The Host is amazing, any help needed he was there at all times. When the ATM swallowed my card he was kind enough to offer me some money to keep me afloat; which is a first for me.
