We are quite often in Nice , but it was out best stay till now. Family with 1 kid + grandmother. It was enough space for all , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area , sofa area :) location is great in the middle of everything ! And in Flat you have everything you need - including dryer ! Hopefully we will stay here one more time !

Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful location - at the edge of the old town, minutes from the beach and the main shopping street, with a bakery next door and a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment building is on a main road but the apartment itself is far at the back of the building, so quiet and secure. No views from the windows but this was no problem as we were out all day. One easy flight of steps and smooth corridors to the apartment. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the shower is good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well appointed. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. We had a car but street parking is very hard to find and we parked in the Promenade des Arts paid parking, a few minutes walk away.

Uitstekende ligging. Alle foto’s kloppen volledig. Prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Centrum lopend goed te bereiken, met als alternatief de tram die vlakbij stopt. Ontvangst fantastisch, in Nl reeds via sms contact met gastvrouw. Zij gaf aan op het vliegveld ons op te vangen, ze had reeds kaartjes voor de tram gekocht en bracht ons naar het appartement

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

Rustig en toch centraal. Openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Snelle verbinding met de stad, luchthaven, mooie plaatsen in de omgeving ... Goede communicatie met host Delphine. Gezellige studio met buitenterras. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
