We are quite often in Nice , but it was out best stay till now. Family with 1 kid + grandmother. It was enough space for all , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area , sofa area :) location is great in the middle of everything ! And in Flat you have everything you need - including dryer ! Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!
