It is full furnished, well equipped 3 bed room apartment. Host has fully loaded the apartment to make it comfortable for the guest. I will definitely rate 12/10 stars. There are good restaurants down, 2 min walk down marine drive. All three bed rooms have balcony and are road/ sea / rail facing. Morning breeze and moments are amazing. Thanks

Great location, incredible views and perfectly equipped, almost new apartment. Communication with the host excellent, helpful and he himself was very friendly. The pool and other activities on the premises made our stay very enjoyable.

The location is extremely convenient. The host and the Manager of the facility, Nuwan were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. There were 3 air conditioning units for the 1 bed room Studio Apartment! During our visit, Sri Lanka was experiencing extremely hot weather and the AC units were able to quickly cool the Apartment, which was excellent. The Apartment was as described, well furnished, very clean and well maintained. It was cleaned regularly while we were staying. The Apartment was one of the best we have stayed traveling around Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand! The bakery/restaurant downstairs served very good food, adding to the convenience. The host was also kind enough to accommodate us on our request for early check-in and late check-out.

It was so clean and staff was friendly.. It was so convenient for everything.. We had a lovely stay at the place.. We were sad that we couldn’t book the apartment for another few nights.. Hopefully our next visit will be at the same apartment..

Travelling from Ireland, this was our first stuff in Sri Lanka... and what a welcome! Lovely aprt with everything you need, especially a fabulous roof top pool. Each person we meet (associated with the aprt) was so helpful especially Jayangani who helped plan our next stage of the journey.
