Location is perfect, quiet area, 5 min walk to Sultanahmed square. Hotel clean and looks fresh. Two air conditions were in the room, but we used only one, because that was more then enough. If you close the windows you won't hear any noise from outside. We books two rooms for single person and a couple and they upgraded single one so we can live on the same floor, what was very comfortable for us. Any information as well as tea, bottled water and delicious snacks are available as a compliment from hotel. We are so thankful to 🙏 for our stay here.

The staff is very nice and helpful. We also got to meet Nadir, he explained to us a lot about the Turkish culture and during his free day he took my girlfriend and I around the city. Ilkin is very kind and you can find him every time you need him. I suggest the Breakfast, it will be cook by Ela, she is lovable and the breakfast is very tasty and good value. The room is clean and organized in the better way possible. Furthermore the position is very comfortable, you have the tram line for Sultanahmet and Taksim square very close. You can easily go around the city!

The owner was kind to move our room to another hotel as the assigned room had fresh paint and he did not want our infant son to inhale the fumes. The staff were kind to bring all our luggage over.

This place is great - clean, cozy decorated, close to the city center. There is a heated floor! In winter, this is what you need. There is a good cafe on the ground floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have only positive impressions. Thanks!

I liked everything in Benser Hotel. especially the staff Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hatem was so professional, and he went the extra miles to make sure I got everything I needed while staying in the hotel. The staff made sure the breakfast was ready on time and made sure everything was there . I am so happy about the customer service I received from the morning staff and the evening staff. The cleaning staff never missed a day , and they were very nice. This is the best hotel if you want to stay in Istanbul and so near to Sultan Ahmed ( the Blue Mosque and Hajia Sofia Mosque. For the price, services, and cleanliness of this hotel, I will say it's a catch 😉. Thank you, Hatem, for everything 🙏
