We are so happy we stayed here! The property is a 12 minute walk from the Jezerce bus stop (1.5 hours from Zadar via Flixbus). Plitvice Lakes, entrance 2, is a 40 minute walk and there is a market that takes 20 minutes to walk to (we were fine without a car). The room is beautiful and immaculate with nice design features. The breakfast includes breads, cheeses, salami, cereal, fruits, yogurts and freshly made to order omelettes! We ate until we were full and prepared for a full day of hiking in the national park! The family that owns the property is so welcoming and friendly. They made a special night for us when they learned it was one of our birthdays.

This was a great place to use as a launch to Plitvice National Park. The hosts were very communicative through the app, and I arrived as planned in the early evening. It took me a little time to orient myself to the place and due to my limited language skills I didn't locate the office right away. But once I found the host all was fine. My room was bigger than I expected, was clean, and had a nice-sized bathroom. Lots of green space around the inn, and picnic tables for relaxing outdoors. It was a very short drive to the entrance to Plitvice, Wifi signal and internet speed were both good, and I was able to video conference from my room.

Everything was more than perfect! Nina was very kind and helpful, she gave us lots of guidance and information for our tours. Our room was warm and cosy, very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was also perfect. The breakfast selection was plentiful with local and homemade products. The restaurant was very cosy and the fireplace was always burning. Welness was very relaxing after a day of hiking (and also impeccable cleanliness). Nina and her staff are amazing.

Our room was quiet, very comfortable, super clean and had a balcony overlooking the hills which we really enjoyed in the evening. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of delicious options and so many choices of homemade sweets! The hosts are very kind and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast .. enough to make some sandwiches for lunch at the park! But best of all, the wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful with any questions prior to arrival. Warm and friendly on arrival and during our stay. The high ratings are well deserved. Very highly recommended.

Even though it's not near the main entrances to the National Park, there is a smaller entrance very near to the accommodation. Beautiful meals are available at an extra cost but well worth it. The dinner was amazing, breakfasts are great and you are given bags to pack a lunch for the day, there is plenty of food. We even got our laundry done for a cheap price. Pick ups from the bus drop off point are extra but cheaper than a taxi. Our hists were wesome, I can't recommend them more highly.TanyaYoung couple

The owner is a great host. Explained all we could do and suggested the itinerary in the park, that corresponded to itinerary H. This covers both Upper and Lower Lakes. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and confortable. It was chilly outside but inside was cozy and warm. We had great pizzas on the restaurant just by the house and the prices were surprisingly low. There is a parking space. The place is very quiet and safe.

The location was a short scenic walk from the P3 boat dock in the park (buy entry tickets in advance however - it is not an official entrance). We were the only guests staying at the time so we had breakfast, dinner and spa facilities all to ourselves. Very quiet location with two very friendly cats roaming about. The room was huge and very charming. Breakfast was simple but good and for a two night stay it was a perfect selection.IdaJunkerYoung couple
