I was greeted every morning by birdsong on my balcony. My room was spacious and comfortable, and Jennifer, the proprietor, was incredibly helpful. Mary was an amazing host, accommodating my erratic schedule and sometimes unusual requests. The neighborhood is quiet, but still an easy drive to downtown. The staff were very welcoming. Maison D' Hôtes Coignet is closed to supermarkets, restaurants, the bus stop, and metro station. I felt very safe.
