The breakfast was a wonderful experience every morning, and the pool area offered a magnificent view of the iconic Matterhorn mountain. The chalet itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facility, as well as location...for starters. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom is of ample size, and the bedroom was very comfortable. I mean, everything was perfectly organized. The pamphlets on the kitchen table were self explanatory. A super beautiful, traditional Swiss chalet!!! Highly recommendable.

The hotel was clean and had the things we needed to cook. It is also fairly close to the center of Zermatt so a short walk to catch a train or other transportation was easy. The view is also good eventhough it is not facing the matterhorn.

This is a great property and would definitely stay again! Brand new building and appliances/furnishings and felt very warm and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen area and the apartment had plenty of space in the living and bathroom. It’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street but was lucky enough to have had a great view of Matterhorn from the room - which made the longer walk worth it!! The free canvas bag and slippers were a nice touch as well.
