Està situat a 15' a peu del centre històric, en una zona tranquil·la. Tenen aparcament (pagant): aparcar al carrer és complicat.

Les instal·lacions en general són correctes. Disposa d'un ampli espai-jardí interior a cel obert, encara que no té piscina. Funciona com a apartament, o sigui pots cuinar, tens un petit espai per estendre roba i has de fer la neteja mínima. L'hotel té un pàrking propi al mateix edifici que s'ha de pagar a un preu bastant mòdic, uns 10€
