La cuina es petita però disposa d'allò necessari per preparar el menjar. No hi ha forn, sols microones. La situació és bona, a uns 20 minuts a peu del centre. Hi ha un supermercat a baix dels apartaments i hi ha lloc per a aparcar a prop fàcil i gratuit.
