This B&B is a 5-10 minute walk from INSEAD. The breakfast is around one large table in the living room of the house. It's very personal and cute. The large room is also the office, and there was a friendly old dog napping in the corner. The breakfast was delicious! Fresh croissants and baguettes, cheeses and home-made jams. My room was large, with a nice bathroom and comfortable, big bed. The sound insulation towards the street is great. You hear the upstairs guests more than the outside. The host family is very friendly, and Perrine will help you with taxis or other needs. There is a pool in the back yard which is being upgraded with some sauna and spa facilities.

Nicely renovated property in a central position, close to all amenities, many restaurants and the Chateau. Excellent, helpful communication with the owners who couldn't be more helpful and interested in our enjoying our stay. 2 comfortable bedrooms each with their own bathroom facilities; one of the bedrooms has a king size bed with bunk beds - great for a young family, the other just a king size bed. Everything you need in the well equipped kitchen; good/comfortable dining room/table and lounge area. Excellent parking facilities but entrance to car park a little tight - you need to swing out onto the "wrong" side of the road to take a more or less straight line otherwise you risk scraping the side of the car! But, this isn't a problem - whilst the apartment & car park are accessed from a road it isn't that busy (compared to London traffic). If you open the front windows of the apartment, you will be aware of some traffic noise during the day however, the road is quiet in the evening/at night. The bedrooms are at the back and are completely silent for sleeping.

The property was well located, 10 minutes walk to the palace. Very clean, quiet area. Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker too. Bed was nice & comfy. The host was very kind, friendly, welcoming & gave us some info about the place. I will definitely recommend this studio & Fontainebleau. Its a beautiful place to explore. I would like to go back again. Thank you so much Emmanuel for your warm welcome.
