Ihana huone, loistavilla näkyvillä ja kahdella ranskalaisella parvekkeella, jolloin sain läpivedon yöksi. Sijainti on mainio, asunto on keskeisellä pakalla, mutta alakerrassa ei ole baaria tai ruokapaikkaa, joten öisin on hiljaista. Neko on ihana vanhempi rouvai (älkää kääntäkö hänelle mitä vanhempi tarkoittaa pliis, saan viellä porttikiellon enkä pääse yöpymään uudestaan). Tarjolla on teetä, kahvia ja hyvää seuraa. Vaikka ulos kirjautuminen olisi klo 11 hänen puolesta voi istua juomassa teetä kittiössä, kunnes on aika lähteä, kunhan annat hänen ottaa lakanat jo pesuun. .

It was enough space for all , 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area , sofa area :) location is great in the middle of everything ! And in Flat you have everything you need - including dryer ! Hopefully we will stay here one more time !

Everything! Fantastic location and the views were amazing. Super close to the tram line and a Carrefour supermarket two mins away along with an amazing local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!
