If I needed anything at any moment - he was out there to help me out even if that would require a flexibility from his side. He made sure I will feel welcome and involved during my stay. We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.
