Arrived at 9.30pm, doors locked, out of hours check in screen not working, phone number didn’t work to ring staff. Finally with the help of a stranger managed to get hold of someone, had booked to pay on arrival by card and double checked on the phone. They would only accept cash so after a 30 min attempt to get into the hotel we couldn’t pay as no cash. Had to wait until the morning to get to a cash point that was open, constantly uncomfortably watched by staff to ensure we didn’t leave. Made to feel like we were doing something wrong after a 14hr drive from Italy it’s the last thing you need. Breakfast was ok buffet and rooms were very basic but clean (except shower) would use ibis budget again but not this site and only in desperation. Very disappointed.

The room looked very newly renovated and was very luxary, for the price it was a perfect fit. It had a lovely shower, big mirror and the bed was amazing! never slept so good in an overnight stay. Breakfast was freshly serverd by the owner and very delicious and full of choices. would defenitly want to stay here as well
