The surroundings is the best..the tranquillity the nature of the birds the flowers at the front of property and the pleasant conversation from the establishment owner. Our Orchid Bungalow was ok..but needed updating..ie the sofa and bathroom area could do with a little makeover..but all in all lovely.

We didnt stay long in Kingston, we were heading on a long road trip. Altamont Court is not far from the airport so we rested the night. We also stayed the night before we traveled back home to be close to the hotel as our flight was early in the morning. The room was comfortable on both occasions and met our expectations. The food exceeds our expectations, it was well prepared and delicious. The staff was also welcoming.

Great place to visit .
Great place to visit . Plenty of food of all kinds and great ambience. Traffic is not nice at all and people honk horns all day for no reason which is road rage capital to me but I find it amusing . I love going to Devon house which is a park area that has restaurants and places to eat desserts . People go there for the ice cream and atmosphere to take kids and have picnics and I love the steak house on the Verenda. Sunday is great for family day as plenty of vendors are there. Also there is a rive area with restaurants vendors and hotels nearby which is nice. They have lots of fun activities that come like Carnival which is a beautiful parade which costumes of great design feathers etc that is amazing.. people can be a hit or miss. I can not say every1 is nice but I can say you will enjoy yourself and want to come back.

Bob Marley museum, Devon House and Half Way Tree, were all very interesting and enjoyable.
Sea Deck restaurant food was disgusting, rice and peas was too spicy, and rubbery chicken was drowned by sauce that was way too sweet/ excessive. Waitress was disinterested with customers dissatisfaction, so maybe best avoid. Ambience was decent though, and as Sea Deck was not busy we should have demanded more edible meals.
Burger King was good.
Dice roll with restaurant food, maybe better served to just get Street food

Kingston is very nice.
Kingston is very nice. It’s safe if you’re familiar with your environment and the places you go. I am usually in New Kingston. And this was my first experience staying in Downtown Kingston and it is safe! We walked around the downtown area by ourselves and we were safe. We were 3 women. Kingston is City and it’s no different than any other city in the world.

Kingston is a place for dancing and food.
Kingston is a place for dancing and food. There isn't much amusement as in bowling arcade places or things of that sort but there is lots of life. The people can be a hit or a miss just like everywhere but you will have a great time full of music throughout the town as well as Jamaican culture with vendors and beautiful water everywhere. Food is always great and just beautiful weather is always a place to go.
The staff is lovely and the cabana pool is the BEST! Breakfast has lots of options to choose from and is so convenient to have in New Kingston. The room service food is delicious too. It’s also nice that this location has a grocery store right across the street for any snacks, drinks, etc. you want for your room.
The hotel feels safe and secure, the rooms are comfortable, and we really enjoyed our 5-night stay here. 😌
I am very happy and grateful for choosing Ragamuffin Hostel: good location( activities &safe) & friendly/helpful staff & comfortable bed & clean& relaxed/ cozy hostel & reasonable price. We stayed 4 nights and met great people from around the world to celebrate the New Year( 2023) together. Lifelong memories. Recommend and if I come back to Kingston will choose to stay here again.
Staff all friendly and helpful. Willing to be flexible to help customers. Good WiFi connection, friendly guests at breakfast. Very central location not far from food options, shopping centre and also Devon House which is a good tourist spot but also food and drinks options. I felt very safe as there is security at the property.
The apartment is great - comfortable, well decorated & most importantly met my wife's expectation :-).
Location is great, clean and safe & close to Devon house and other attractions. Lots of restaurants and gas stations and supermarkets are in the vicinity.
Al, the owner, is an excellent host & took good care of us.
The location is not the best but the property itself is great. The privacy and security provides added peace of mind! It’s about 5-7 minutes away from New Kingston and other areas of interest! Great value! Keri is the best! She’s very responsive, down to earth, flexible and easygoing! I absolutely love her!
host is very communicative re the how tos and the sort … great value for money ….
easy access to go on ruthven to make your way into new Kingston ….or Mona…as you are right there in half way tree near Saint Andrew high school for girls . will book again for my next stay in Jamaica.
The location is very central to New Kingston and major tourist sites, the free parking is great if you have a car rental. The room was clean with nice AC unit and comfortable bed. Traditional Jamaican breakfast was limited but tasty. FYI it's not vegetarian friendly.
I chose the location because it was close to the Bob Marley Museum. It turned out that it was close to a number of good restaurants. There were also a number of shopping centres near by, markets and The Devon House (museum).
Everything was good, just little hard to find it but then Nas makes everything more than easy, she well to help in everything she could and more, advice us of places and the park next to the house is so amazing
Best accommodation in Jamaica! Beautiful view, beautiful house, perfect surroundings, welcoming and very helpful host… it has everything you need to feel at home (or actually, even better!)
Location is good, next to the shopping centre where you have food court, and host, or the lady that housekeeps the place was friendy and nice. That's why I will give it rate 3.
Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for Bob Marley museum and Kaya herb house. The coffee was delicious and the breakfast too!
Breakfast and housekeeping service was not included, but the location of the property was in close reaching of supermarkets, restaurants and attractions.
It is located right next to Devon's house. Mrs. Turner was very lovely, she took care of us. It's a lovely and safe place to enjoy a home away from home.
