Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel.
Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel. Lots of choices and close to airport.
We actually had to go to goodwill for an extra suitcase to take home!! We went to Duffs for the best wings!!! We went to anchor Bar for sauce and glasses to take home! Number # 1 spot was Brite-Smith Brewery!!
Best craft beer! We also ate at Ballyhoo and Bar Bills!!
Both were awesome!! Near by was 42 Brewery north, which was also awesome! Had a blast in all that area!!

The only thing negative about Williamsville I am going to mention is the parking situation. Parking is really bad in some areas. If you have a large vehicle you may need to park farther away and if it is a small vehicle you may need to find spaces that are not marked with big signage that warns you not to park there. However the food at Eagle House was EXCELLENT and would recommend anyone who is visiting Williamsville to give it a try!

The bed appeared clean.
The bed appeared clean. The floors (tile and carpet) were so sticky we wore shoes if we were not in bed, even to walk to the bathroom. The “breakfast” was pitiful. Egg product watery and “refrigerator cold” as well as the sausage links (all three days). Toaster worked (thankfully) so we had toast with margarine. No jelly available.
Front desk staff on Friday night and Saturday morning appeared to be wanting to be anywhere else. No smile, no welcome, no words.
We will avoid this property on our next trip to the area and suggest others do also.

Williamsville has a feel of a Norman Rockwell painting with its beautiful downtown area with it cute little shops, boutiques, restaurants, and some very nice hotels. It's very safe and you and your family should be very comfortable walking around day or night.

We stayed in this location because it was very close to the hospital where we had a family member in ICU. Williamsville has shops galore, mostly chains. However some decent restaurants that were locally owned.

Williamsville in no longer the village in which I grew-up.
Williamsville in no longer the village in which I grew-up. It is now a sadly over re-developed then allowed to decay "strip mall" on a highway outside Buffalo.
Some areas show hints of the history and character it once had, but on the whole it is now just a sad shopping center looking for a community.
The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved that there was no carpeting in the room. So fresh and clean. Bathroom was huge and water pressure was perfect. Breakfast was ok. I know people have raved about the breakfast options but they aren't much different from other comparable hotels. The pool is very pretty and clean. Parking was great and on site. Restaurants and shopping walking distance.
Close to a lot of stores and activities. The rooms were very nice. The hotel allows you to pay a small fee to leave by 3pm instead of 11am, which was incredible for me. I hate being hurried out of a hotel after a long night with my girlfriend, so a few extra hours in the hot tub was very refreshing. Breakfast was included and was good. Room service was impressively fast. Plus Russel’s restaurant is in the same building.
Hotel was under renovation but contractors were courteous and cleaned up when not working. The first desk clerk was polite but the one in the morning was really nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Dining area was clean and well stocked. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and held doors for us since our hands were full.
it’s located at a good location .you will find good restaurants, cafes, grocery stores nearby .breakfast was very good .rooms were very clean.I stayed for 2 days .it was very comfortable .housekeepers were cleaning everyday .hotel staffs were helpful and well behaved .
The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We weren't able to use the pool but they knew our two smaller children wanted to swim so they had us call the sister hotel and we were able to go swimming there.
Was charged and it was supposed to be cancelled and I payed for another night March 2..and on March 2 I did not get the correct room..Wifi did not correctly..I did not enjoy this years stay at our favorite hotel
Phoned the hotel when we landed and they sent a bus to pick us up and let us choose a time to get a bus back in the morning
Breakfast was pretty good given it was included free of charge
