Great location, around 10mins straight walk up to Monet’s house and garden. Very clean, strong wifi, on ground floor so no stairs to drag our luggage up. Parking available right in front of the house on the street which was free. Right next door to the church where Monet is buried, several cafes up the street, a good one for breakfast in same side of the road about 20metres up. Very cute house - thank you Clément

Location excellent for Monet’s house and Gardens and visits to Palace de Versailles and Paris (train from Vernon). Lovely decor and lay out and everything provided for a short or long stay.

Super location, a minute from Claude Monet house and gardens. Lots to look at nearby too. Lovely host, clean apartment with everything you need for a short break. Note that all restaurants close early or for a couple of days a week. Best to book in advance

Loved the walled garden and privacy. Rustic French charm just metres away from restaurants and Monets Gardens. Wonderful hosts. Washing machine and extras provided. Would love to have stayed longer.

First of all it had an extra bath although the listing said only 1 full bath, there was an extra 1/2 bath with washer which made a HUGE differences for our family of 9 people! The hosts were incredibly helpful, even driving us to a rental car place and waiting with us until after the lunch hour opening, translating and helping us book - since our original car booking fell through. The property was clean, comfortable, private and worked extremely well for our 4 families. 2 bedrooms accommodated the parents in one room and the 3 kids in an adjacent room.

This property is a Love / Hate proposition. If you are travelling with small children stay far away. Way too many things in the apartment to break. For adults however it is a joy. It looks like something out of a novel. Tons of antiques and interesting books . Outside it is simply beautiful, We spent time in the garden on the chairs and had a wonderful time. The location could not have been better. Very central, but at the end of the village so there was always parking.
