The configuration of the room, the decor, the layout were among the best that I have ever seen, the location was perfect - right next to the tube but also witching walking distance to the old town. The weekend reception was tops, as all were hotel students learning their craft and the restaurant appeared fully booked in the evening, as though much prized locally.

The location is amazing - 3 min walk from Sherbrooke subway station. Walking distance from stores and restaurants as well. There are 5 free parking spots right in front, we got lucky and for a spot for 2 days. It’s spacious and comfortable for a family. Furniture in dining and living room are great. Love the digital keypad to enter so you don’t have to carry a key.

Just 1.1 miles from University of Quebec in Montreal UQAM and 1.2 miles from Percival Molson Memorial Stadium, François-Denis Apartments features accommodations in Montreal, with a terrace. Great place, efficient check-in and very easy communication with the owner. Surrounded by tons of great restaurants, shops and bars yet still quiet at night, it was a pleasure to stay here and already look forward to my next visit. The rainfall shower is a treat after walking around the city all day in -5 degree weather. The rest of the appliances/style was also perfect and I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for great value!!
