I made the booking for two friends, a newlywed couple. According to them, the owner was very kind and accommodating. They loved the open windows in the room and found the bed to be very comfortable. Also, they really appreciated the sweet little extras the owners did for their “honeymoon”. They would recommend.

Hotel upgraded me to a larger corner room when there was a water issue in the bathroom. That was very nice of them. A few of the nights we didn't have hot water in the evening, but they removed a room night from the total bill which was the correct thing to do. Other than that, the hotel and location are absolutely lovely. Perfect blend of grand luxury in a small hotel.

The location is perfect, so close to the lake and nearest train station. We asked for a quiet room and it was provided to us. Yes, it didn't have a lake view, but it was quiet and the view wasn't terrible, so you get what you ask for :) Breakfast was excellent, the omelettes we ordered were hot, puffy and the smoothest taste. The pancakes with maple syrup turned out very yummy, I definitely recommend trying them! It was also nice to find a bottle of oat milk to poor some into the coffee. We also ate lunch at the bar, pasta was simple but delicious and my husband enjoyed flammkuchen pizza. Wi-Fi was fast and only required the password to be entered once, which was nice. The shower was so spacious! It was nice to have Lavazza coffee machine in the room with a selection of coffee AND tea capsules. The Marshall Action II Bluetooth speaker on the nightstand blew me away! So cool! We were actually in Zurich to attend Warpaint concert so I was able to listen to their playlist quite loudly with good bass right in my room thanks to this speaker!!!

Seegarten Zürich, Boutique Hotel położony jest w eleganckiej dzielnicy Seefeld w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie jeziora Zuryskiego, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od słynnej ulicy Bahnhofstrasse i kilka... I was very happy staying here, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was not very big, but was very clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly stay here again when I visit Zurich.
