Set in Hurghada, a few steps from Al Nabila Grand Bay Makadi Beach, Siva Golden Bay Makadi offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The resort is secluded, with no adjacent resorts on the south side. The bay is perfect for snorkeling with kids, with no big waves and direct entrance to sea (unlike jetties used for some other resorts). Although most of the corals are bleached, still you find a huge variety of fishes (big and small). Also, the resort is not super big (like a small city), which i like. The whole staff is kind and very helpful. There are enough pools for kids to have fun (water slides, etc). The resort is clean and the staff takes a lot of efforts to keep it very clean and tidy. We did a lot of activities without leaving the resort - Massage on the beach, Parasailing (adjacent beach), Quad bike ride (adjacent desert), Wind surfing (same beach). Being vegetarians, food options was a challenge for lunch and dinner, but we always found good options. Most importantly, we had no stomach issues throughout our stay! (this was the biggest worry). The outside grill and fresh bread/pizza counter was amazing!

Itämaista tunnelmaa henkivä SUNRISE Royal Makadi Aqua Resort sijaitsee 4 km:n pituisella Makadin lahdella. It is a nice hotel in general. We were there in January and except for the last day, which was a bit windy, the weather was good enough for us to enjoy the sea and the pools with our toddler. Everybody is making sure that you are ok. Everybody is very kind. All the staff were very friendly. Food variety was great and the taste was ok. The pools are big and there are many of them so everyone can find a place to chill and swim. There are both children friendly and adult only areas. There are no coral reefs in the sea by the hotel but you can take tours from the pier(not for free of course). The sea was beautiful 😍

Pidimme etenkin siitä että ravintolat olivat à la carte ja listalta voi valita niin monta annosta kuin haluaa. Myös juomatarjoilu eri puolilla toimi mainiosti ja drinkit olivat maukkaita. Huone oli siisti ja kaunis. Yllätykseksemme saimme paremman huoneen allasnäkymällä, mikä oli mukavaa. Suosittelisimme tätä hotellia aivan kaikille.

Vain 400 metrin päässä rannalta sijaitsevan Jaz Makadi Sarayan huoneisiin kuuluu oma kalustettu parveke. Lomakeskuksessa on myös lämmitettyjä ulkouima-altaita. Simply perfect in everything, food, cleanliness, staff friendly, and specially reception staff extremely helpful and friendly (Mohamed mansoura and Mr. Tal'at). Definitely will repeat it again and would recommend it to everyone.
