The garden is stunning and it is unusual to find a hotel with a pool in the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent, as is the cocktail bar. The location is very convenient for exploring Toulouse. The room was small but well decorated and laid out with everything you could want. Will be recommending this place generously and will definitely return.

I also had a very early flight and even before the breakfast buffet opened, the staff helped to ensure I managed to get something to eat. Grateful to the staff for going above and beyond. -The staff also reached out to me on the morning before my check-in to make sure I wouldn't have issues with parking in case I was bringing a car. (I was not -- but appreciate the personal approach to informing guests and making sure arrival would be as smooth as possible.) -The room was clean and comfortable -- honestly one of the best Ibis experiences I've had. -Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location that is very central.

The 4* Plaza Hotel (formely Crowne Plaza) is ideally located in the heart of the city, 200meters from Capitole underground train network, 10km from Blagnac Airport and 15km from the Exhibition &... Location is superb And we went again after a few days .... the staff recognised us and gave us options for d rooms . So nice
