Very good and safe hotel for both kinds of trips - business or touristicks. Rooms with a nice view, very varied breakfast which is very important and several interesting locations like the National Museum on walking distance. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel.

Hotel Palace Heights is a jewel in the chaos of Delhi. The room was clean with all the amenities, including a hair-drier. One big advantage of the hotel is that metro is only about 200 metres away. We even went to the airport by metro thanks to its proximity, just to avoid the traffic and local taxi drivers. They let us have an early check-in. Buffet breakfast was excellent, real restaurant level. A very nice place and friendly staff.

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.
