What a beautifully designed hotel! You can't enter and not say WOW! The interiors were beyond expectation super fun and unique. Staff was generally very helpful and sweet. Breakfast was good but not great would be nice to have more variety more fruits. Location walking distance to everywhere

This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. the entire hotel was designed meticulously: maxalto furnitures, marble bathrooms, designer lightning equipments, sound proof walls and doors... rooms were bright and comfortable. staff was extremely friendly. everything was flawless. cakes and tarts at the breakfast were heavenly delicious. seriously, at this price level you can not find anything better.

A fabulous hotel in an old Florence building. Super comfy and massive bed, excellent shower, good breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff, decor was nice, felt very secure. Really loved this hotel.
