Beautiful scenery. -The shuttle: punctual and frequent. You would need to pay a fixed cost for the shuttle though (just once throughout the stay): Around 10 € which is very reasonable. -The service Special thanks to Elisa Necci from guest relation who was professional and helpful in arranging a special occasion for us. She was attentive to details and easy to communicate with.

The vaporetto stop is close by, the stop to San Marco takes only 5 minutes. There are lots of little restaurants in the area and if you want a great view over the city go to the rooftop bar of the Hilton hotel on the same island. Dino the host is very helpful and friendly.

It’s located in a lovely quiet part of Giudecca, but still plenty of cafes & restaurants at your doorstep. There’s a spectacular, large peaceful garden in front of the apartment, we ate lunch there sometimes. Lots of rosés blooming. Very rare in Venice! Federico was extremely responsive & helpful & provided fruit, biscuits & yoghurt when we arrived. It saved us shopping straight away.

The unique aesthetic and architecture of the building improves your stay there . The appartment is very interesting with an amazing view just to the sea and a very interesting decoration with all the facilities! Silvia was the best host. We'll stay again and definitely we recommend it!
