The hotel staff exemplified true hospitality, particularly Menal from reception who provided exceptional service. Her patience and dedication in addressing all our concerns made our stay truly outstanding. Additionally, the gentleman at breakfast and the cleaning lady who took care of our room were both exceptional, displaying warmth and a welcoming attitude. Without a doubt, they were the best staff we encountered during our 10-day trip.

Ideally located in the Gueliz district of Marrakech, Ari Boutique Hôtel - Adult Only is set less than 1 km from Marrakesh Train Station, 2 km from Majorelle Gardens and 1.8 km from Yves Saint Laurent... Our first trip in Marrakesh was wonderful because of great and professional stuff of the Ari Boutique hotel. The room was clean and we had everyday cleaning service. The breakfast was delicious. The reception managers were very helpful and polite. We arrived at 01:00 am, so beforehand I had ordered airport shuttle service. The driver had been waiting for us at the airport’s exit , when we went outside. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel Ibn Batouta nalazi se u četvrti Gueliz u Marrakešu. Objekt nudi klimatizirane sobe s TV-om ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima, restoran, recepciju otvorenu 24 sata, poslugu u sobu i... Soba je bila vrlo ugodna, s prostorom za sjedenje i balkonom. Kupaonica je velika, s bideom, pritisak vode na tušu izvrstan. Imali smo i kuhalo za vodu s čajem, kavom i šećerom. U sobi je i mali frižider. Postoji i sef u kojem smo ostavili dokumente. Na krovu i u prizemlju su mali bazeni. Na krovu je i ugodan prostor za sjedenje. U cijeni je bio uključen i doručak. Cijena je bila vrlo povoljna. Hotel je smješten u novom dijelu grada, uokolo ima restorana i kafića. Nije daleko od starog centra (Medine), do koje se može doći pješke, ako nije jako vruće.

Bab Hotel is located at the heart of the Gueliz district in Marrakech. It features bright, loft-style rooms with a terrace or balcony, a swimming pool. The best thing about this property is the staff especially Lamia on reception. Such a great welcome by her( booking 10 ) as always ! nothing is too much trouble. the location is excellent and rooms are clean and comfortable.
