Although it has some 400 rooms it felt like a boutique hotel. Spacious and warm ambience. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. A great location right on the river. Convenient for restaurants and bars.

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is located in downtown Marina Bay, Singapore. I was travelling with 2 elderly members and we had a late check-in (at almost midnight). The hotel staffs proactively communicated in advance regarding our special needs. Foods were provided as requested even tho they were not available on the hotel menu. Wheelchair was provided during the check-in as requested. And, we also got free upgrade to the Suite room :)

The 5-star Pan Pacific Singapore is directly connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec Convention Centre. True 5 star hotel I ever stayed in Singapore. I have stayed at several 5 star hotels in Singapore but I think Pan Pacific is the only which meets the true criteria of a 5 star hotel. Keep up the good work!

The price-quality ratio exceeded expectations. Excellent room, wonderful breakfast buffet, buffet system, everything you need is there. Helpful staff. Excellent room service. I liked the hotel and I recommend it to those who choose on the principle of “price-quality”, who are not ready to overpay for a big name with poor service. This is a really good hotel.
