From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt exceptionally welcome. I appreciate when people pay attention to the details in hospitality, and Address Istanbul excels at this. My overall rating is a 10/10, and I want to extend my special thanks to all the employees for their outstanding work. They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

The location is 5 min walk away from viaport where u can find everything u want. The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The staff are so helpful and welcoming all the time. Thank u for Tatyana, Alp, Mustafa, Cem and especially Muhammet from front office that he was super great. Sure i will visit this hotel again.

Once you enter the hotel you shift your visit from the beauty Istanbul to the royality victorian London. The nice decorations as well as the highest level of british designs and best prestigious atmosphere indeed has raised my standard of hotels in general. I will suffer in future for sure Furthermore, we have experienced the best service ever. For example, room service is provided more than once for sure, oh man. And, the bellboy Kerem is one special thing in this hotel, he will make you happy and served the best way possible. Also, I cant express enough about the exceptional generosity of the hotel and its crew. We have many orders to our room, they decided that everything is on the hotel. Also, the checkout the provide turkish coffee and sweets just to make us wait for a few minutes. Wow. I really cant think, and im in deep doubt, that I will go through such an experience one more again at any other hotel in the world. At the end, this hotel will absolutely makes you empressed and amazed all through your stay, and surely after.

Séjour de 8 jours pour une visite d’Istanbul dans ce charmant hôtel. Je ne regrette pas mon choix. L’établissement est un immeuble très mignon du 19eme siècle dans le quartier vivant de Kadikoy. Le concept, les couleurs choisis, la chambre, sont tous parfait. Ce qui m’a le plus fait plaisir avant et durant mon séjour, c’est la rapidité de réponse que j’ai eu pour n’importe quelles questions, c’est le suivi quotidien par message du propriétaire EMRE qui vous dit bonjour le matin et vous demande si tout va bien si on souhaite quelque chose. Un service jamais vu jusqu’à aujourd’hui ! Je garde contact avec Monsieur Emre car c’est une personne en OR qui mérite toute les bontés de la vie. Merci.
