This hotel has everything you might need as a first-timer in New York. It has spacious and cozy rooms, equipped with everything you need and more, such as an empty fridge for your drinks and food, a good hair dryer, clothes iron, and even a sleeping machine with white noise or animal sounds if you need a bit of help to fall asleep. Knowing that I have an iron and an ironing board in the room really helped me relax while packing for my trip. We also had a big umbrella in the closet, as well as super comfy bathrobes and slippers. The view from our room was stunning, and there wasn't much noise, just an occasional siren which was muffled and didn't bother us while we relaxed or slept. We also couldn't hear any of the neighbors! They also provided us with a free Nespresso machine, tea, and coffee pods. The staff was super polite and helpful; they really offered help and went out of their way to let us know we could ask for everything we might need. Such an atmosphere really helped us relax! From the reception, doormen, bartenders, cleaners, and waiters at the bar - everyone was super nice. The location is one of the best in town - you have Times Square and metro stations just a couple minutes away, a 24h open CVS, Whole Foods, Joe's Pizza, Broadway theaters, Bryant Park, and so much more just a couple of steps away from the hotel. The public Library, Summit One Vanderbilt, and Grand Central Station are also very easy and close to walk to. We appreciated the happy hour with a free Aperol spritz every day from 4-6 PM, and it was super refreshing after our busy day of exploring. We also had the opportunity to dine at the AperiBar, and needless to say, the food was fantastic. We had oysters, a pizza, and a steak; everything was heavenly. Their cocktails are also fabulous. We'd absolutely recommend LUMA to everyone who is coming to NY for the first time and wants to have a perfect, smooth base for exploring.

Located in New York, 300 metres from Broadway Theatre, Romer Hell's Kitchen provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Location was amazing, so close to Central Park, broadway and time square. Not to mention subway stations across the street. Luggage storage was awesome. Their drivers were so much better than taking a yellow cab and it was the same price.

Boasting a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, CIVILIAN Hotel is situated in the centre of New York, 800 metres from Radio City Music Hall. The location is perfect. The room was small, but it was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfy. We loved the view from our window a lot. And the hotel is indeed very nice.

Ipinagmamalaki ng Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square sa New York ang bar at terrace. 300 metro ang layo nito mula sa Times Square at sa Radio City Music Hall. Location was excellent. Very abundant breakfast.

Nag-aalok ang 4-star hotel na ito ng 24-hour front desk, business center, at libreng WiFi. brand new, in the middle of manhattan. AMAZING staff. the a/c wasnt cooling when we got there and called the operator, 10 minutes after it was fixed and working perfectly. but again, the staff was just simply amazing. real smiles!!!
