Exclusively designed in a modern architecture , this villa of 350 m2 is nestled in a quiet and classy area of Mont Choisy for a well deserved and relaxing holiday. Ground floor hosts a spacious living/dining area(50 m2), one en-ensuite bedroom (18 m2), toilet/shower room for guests , fully fitted open plan kitchen attached to a kitchenette which opens to a patio. Villa is painstakingly decorated with false ceiling , paintings , art pieces and feature walls . A huge wooden dining table and bar with wine fridge invites you for memorable dining moments . Double height roof in the living room, embellished with a huge chandelier and large bay windows optimizes natural brightness and air ventilation . First floor comprises a lounge and four en-suite bedrooms of 20 m2 each, encircling the double height space which overlooks the whole living/dining area. A large balcony of 28 m2 provides marvellous view over the pool and garden. The exceptional outdoor setting for outdoor living include a huge veranda of 30 m2 furnished with dining table , coffee table set and barbecue corner, all overlooking a lush garden with palm trees and large pool .

We are located in the North west-coast of Mauritius and enjoys the best climate over the year . We are within 5 minutes walk away from the two beautiful beaches of Mauritius . Relax at white the sand beaches of Trou aux biches and Mont Choisy with its safe lagoon and crystal clear warm water ,excellent for water sports and snorkelling. The area is a very famous for its diving activities and diving centres are within 100 M from the villa . Bus stop , taxi service ,car/scooter rental , restaurants and shop are all very close . The bustling tourist city of Grand Baie famous for duty free shopping , restaurants/bar, night clubs , big game fishing , cruise and catamaran trips , is only five minute drive away . Pamplemousses garden , Sugar Adventure and Chateaux de Labourdonnais are only 15 minutes drive away . The beautiful beaches in the north coast are also easily reachable by bus or car :-La Cuvette beach is 5mins drive, Pereybere beach is 15 Mins drive , Bains Beouf beach is 20 mins drive and Cap Malheureux beach is 30 mins drive. Port Louis , the capital with its unique market place is 30 minutes drive away. The trip from Airport to villa is 1hr drive .
